All, The St. Louis Police Wives Association present The Margaret Hacker Scholastic Assistance Program. This program was formed to assist police officers’ families with the expenses that come with education for dependents and/or spouse. Applicants must possess and represent a willingness to learn. Judging will not be done according to income or grade.
Eligibility
A child (biological or adopted) of an active, retired or deceased police officer: Applicant must be currently enrolled in a public or private school. Applicant may be in grades K-12 or in a college or trade school. The spouse of a police officer: Applicant must be enrolled in college. Please complete the application for the grade you will be entering for the 2014-2015 school year.

Grades 6-8: $500
Grades 9-12: $500
Dependent College/Trade School: $1000
Spouse College: $500
