Sergeant Representation Announcement

The St. Louis Police Officers Association is happy to announce that the results of the Sergeants Union Representation Election were tallied this morning and the SLPOA was selected to represent sergeants in collective bargaining. We are incredibly excited to have this opportunity to advance the standing of Sergeants on important issues like salary, benefits, overtime compensation and other working conditions. The SLPOA has a record of delivering comprehensive collective bargaining agreements for PO's, PPO's and Recruits and we're anxious to get started negotiating for similar concessions for department personnel holding the rank of Sergeant. We believe, as we always have, that cops are stronger when we are united. With all of the anti-police rhetoric we face, this new level of unity couldn't come at a better time.
In the next few weeks, we plan to schedule a forum at the Hall open to ALL Sergeants to talk about our shared priorities for union contract negotiations. Stay tuned to our website and your email for further details on a date & time.
In unity,
The St. Louis Police Officers Association
