Login and Enrollment Process:

1. Enter your "first name", "last name", "date of birth", and your MO FOP member ID (in the "SSN" box) to validate against the census information

2. Create a challenge question/answer and password

3. Login

4. Once in, check for missing information (Any missing information will be listed underneath "Step 1")

5. Continue by clicking on "MY INFO" and validating all personal, dependent, and beneficiary information

6. After verifying personal info, continue to step 2 by clicking on "ENROLLMENT"

7. On the right side of the screen, you will see an option to select PROTECTPAK. Select desired plan.

8. Answer all required underwriting questions (if applicable)

9. Click the COMPLETE button to finish enrollment; print your benefit statement for your records
