The St. Louis Police Officers’ Association has made the following endorsements for the 2024 Election cycle. SLPOA is proud to announce our endorsement of Mike Kehoe for Governor, Andrew Bailey for Attorney General and Lincoln Hough for Lt. Governor.
Lt. Governor Mike Kehoe
Mike Kehoe has been a staunch supporter of SLPOA and the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department since his election to the Missouri Senate in 2010. During his time in the Senate and in his current position, Lt. Governor, he has been instrumental in getting some very important legislation passed for SLPOA including the Law Enforcement Officer Bill of Rights.
Attorney General Andrew Bailey
Attorney General Andrew Bailey was sworn into his current position in 2023 after a vacancy was created in that office and he has been working diligently on behalf of law and order ever since. Andrew Bailey played an integral part in removing Kim Gardner from office.
Senator Lincoln Hough
Senator Hough has been a constant supporter of law enforcement and the SLPOA specifically. As chairman of the Appropriations Committee, he was key to getting the needed funding into the budget to address a shortfall that was impacting the Law Enforcement Officers' Bill of Rights.
