The Executive Board met with a representative from Police Mortgage, LLC. last week during our board meetings.  The following information is being shared with anyone interested.  See below and the attached flyers.

Current promotions:

• Interest rate of 2.9% for any credit card balance transfers. There is no time limit for the 2.9%, any balance transferred to our credit union would have a 2.9% for the life of the balance.
• Our fixed-rate mortgage rates are over one percentage point lower than the national average for buyers, putting 20% down. The national average is around 7.9% today, we are at 6.875%.
• We are now offering a 4.99% 5/1 adjustable-rate mortgage. This means that the rate will be fixed at 4.99% for 5 years and then it will adjust every year after. This promotional rate does require a 20% down payment.
• If you apply during your birthday month, we either take .25% off of your auto/personal loan rate, or add .25% to your Certificate of Deposit rate.
• Free Killed in the Line of Duty protection on any loan received through the credit union.
